1. The rope switch is installed in pairs on the left and right sides of the tape machine. The intermediate frame of the mounting bracket and the tape machine is fixed by bolts or by welding. The position should be lower than the tape and convenient for the on-site staff. It is advisable to have a distance of about 50m between the two rope switches.
2, the rope is recommended to use plastic coated steel wire rope, (or ordinary steel wire rope 1XW19-4 (5)-150, wire diameter 4-5mm can be). The wire rope is fixed with a rope card (6KTH), and a bracket is installed every 3m to avoid excessive winding of the wire rope and ensure reliable operation of the rope. Under the premise of satisfying the normal operation of the switch, tighten the rope as much as possible to reduce the sag of the wire rope.
3. For the climbing belt conveyor, the switch spacing and the length of the rope should be shortened as much as possible.
Precautions
1. Cut off the main power supply first, then use the universal meter to measure the live line. The switch must be installed at one end of the live line.
2. Cut the fire wire at the appropriate place, there are two joints, and the pull switch also has two joints.
3. Peel the two joints of the live wire to expose the wire, and connect them to the two joints of the switch.
4. Cut off the long wire in the connected joint to prevent the two wires from colliding with the short circuit.
5. Unscrew the cover of the cable switch and you can see that there is a metal shaft with a hole at one end.
6. There is also a hole in the side of the plastic case of the pull switch. Firstly, pull the pull wire through the hole of the plastic case to introduce the pull wire into the pull switch, and then introduce one end of the pull wire into the rotating shaft, tie it, and shorten the cable after the knot is too long. That's it.
7. Finally, screw the cover of the cable switch to prevent electric shock.
