I. Saccharification system

The motor is mounted on the top of the tank, the central shaft is installed in the tank, and the lower part is supported. The slurry mixing blade is installed at the lower part of the stirring shaft.

2. Filter the rotary can:
The main material is stainless steel 304. The wort is filtered to separate the hops and the hot coagulum.
The filter part is insulated, and the filter tank method is used to filter the wort. The filter sieve plate is a milled sieve plate made of stainless steel 304 with a spacing of 0.7-0.9mm. The sieve plate is finely processed and will not be deformed for a long time. In order to achieve good filtration, a trough can be equipped. The cultivating device includes a motor, a drive shaft, a tiller and a tilling knife. The cultivator is mounted on the drive shaft, and the angle and number of cultivators are strictly calculated and designed. A ring-washing tube is installed in the tank so that the layer is not damaged during washing.
The spin-drying is mainly used to separate the hot coagulum and play a temporary role in the filtration of the wort. When the sun is sinking, the wort enters along the tangential nozzle at a certain speed, and rotates by inertia for a certain period of time. Under the action of centrifugal force, the hops and the hot coagulum gather in the center of the pot body, thereby achieving separation from the liquid.
Second, the fermentation system
Most of the fermentation uses a conical fermenter, and it can also be used as a storage device. According to the volume, there are 200L, 300L, 400L, 500L, 600L, 1000L, 2000L, etc. (It is also possible to produce a fermenter with a customer-specified volume). The basic structure is a three-layer tank: the inner tank, the outer bladder and the cooling belt. The bottom angle is 60-75 degrees and the interior is highly polished to facilitate yeast settling, drainage and internal cleaning. The tank body can automatically control the temperature and pressure.
The tank is equipped with a cleaning tube, which enters the tank from the center of the top of the tank, and a cleaning ball is installed in the tank. The cleaning ball is precisely designed, and the flow, pressure and installation height are suitable, which can achieve all-round cleaning inside the tank. The cleaning tube can also be used as a back pressure tube.
