WPA worm gear reducer installation precautions
1. The reducer must be mounted on a flat and sturdy base. The foot bolts must be strong and shockproof.
2. The prime mover--the reducer--the extension shaft of each working machine must be accurately aligned with the axis after installation.
3. The tolerances of the outer and outer diameters of the input and output shafts of the reducer are all made according to h6. The inner holes of the transmission parts such as couplings, pulleys and sprockets must be prepared according to the appropriate tolerances to avoid over-tightening of the assembly. Bearings, loose assembly, affect normal power transmission.
4. When the transmission parts such as sprocket and gear are mounted on the shaft, they should be as close as possible to the bearing to reduce the bending stress of the shaft.
5. When assembling the motor with WPD or FCD type reducer, apply butter to the hole wall and key groove of the worm head to avoid over-tightening and prevent the shaft hole from rusting for a long time.
6. When ordering all types of WPD or FCD reducers, if the weight of the motor is too large, support devices should be provided.
Precautions for use
1. Before use, please pay attention to check whether the type structure of the reducer, the center distance specification, the transmission ratio, the input shaft connection mode, the output shaft structure, the input shaft output shaft axis direction and the rotation direction meet the requirements for use.
2. Inject the appropriate grade of lubricant according to the requirements specified in the "Selection of Use of Lubricating Oil" on the sample. After refueling, tighten the top of the vent cap and unplug the small taper on the vent cap before the reducer can start running. The oil of the appropriate grade must be selected. The appropriate amount of oil must be controlled. The oil must be pressed in time according to the requirements. In particular, it is necessary to replace the new oil after 100 hours of first use.
3. When an abnormal situation occurs during use, it should be stopped and inspected in time, and can be handled by referring to "causes and solutions". (The oil temperature of the reducer is allowed to reach 95 °C. Under this temperature limit, as long as the oil temperature does not rise, you can use it with confidence).
