Transcranial direct current stimulation technology can stimulate creative thinking

How to use our creativity? More importantly, what should we do to be more creative? These problems have caused nerve scientists, philosophers, artists, and corporate executives to rack their brains, such as "creative thinking" and "creative problem solving." This latest research has finally found the answer, which is related to brain electrical activity and related knowledge of the human brain.

Researchers from the Queen Mary College (QMUL) at the University of London in London and Goldsmiths College in London have begun to delve deeper into the neural mechanisms behind creativity and test whether creativity can be “on demand”.

Previous research has shown that "closing" the editing and self-examination of the brain may promote our creativity. In previous experiments, placing jazz players in a functional MRI revealed how the brain changed from a “self-monitoring” mode to a creative mode during an impromptu performance.

The latest study, published in the journal Science Report, aims to truly “close” a brain that is related to self-control and see if it is related to creativity.

The first author of this latest study is Dr. Caroline Di Bernardi Luft from the School of Biological and Chemical Sciences at Queen Mary College (QMUL), University of London.

Dr. Luft and colleagues used the so-called Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (TDCS) technology to inspire the creativity of 60 participants. TDCS is a neurostimulation, or neuromodulation method, that sends weak currents through the electrodes to the cortex. This technology can inhibit or activate neural activity and has begun to be used in neuropsychiatry and clinical rehabilitation.

Liraglutide Pen Injector

Liraglutide is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes and obesity. It is administered through a pen injector, which is a device that delivers a pre-measured dose of the medication. The pen injector is designed to be easy to use and can be used by patients at home. It is important to follow the instructions for use and to dispose of the pen injector properly after use. The pen injector should be stored at room temperature and kept out of reach of children. Patients should talk to their healthcare provider about any questions or concerns they have about using the Liraglutide pen injector
