At the same time, in order to meet the needs of business collaboration such as grading diagnosis and treatment, triple medical linkage, prevention and treatment, and medical integration, the medical service, public health, medical security, drug supply security, family planning, and comprehensive management have been expanded. Business information sharing by the Ministry of Health, Human Resources, Food and Drug Administration and other departments of the Health Planning Commission. Real-time document exchange is used to realize the rapid and dynamic update of electronic medical record information, which provides technical support for the construction of time-sensitive business applications of population health information platform. After the completion of the platform, it will cover Anshun City, County, Township (town) and village level 4 medical institutions, benefiting 2.3 million Anshun resident population.
According to the introduction, through the construction of Anshun Internet + smart medical system, it will promote the integration of medical and health resources, improve the quality and efficiency of medical and health services, reduce medical expenses, facilitate the people to seek medical care, improve the capacity and accessibility of medical services; A regional health collaborative service model that integrates high efficiency, interconnection and information sharing between health institutions and relevant departments; builds a real-time dynamic monitoring model for disease prevention and control and medical service behavior, and improves health management efficiency and decision-making level.
In fact, “Internet + Smart Medical†has already been applied in Anshun. In 2015, Anshun Health and Family Planning Commission and Bailing Group and Tencent Company carried out strategic cooperation, relying on Tencent's user data foundation and cloud computing capabilities to promote “Internet +†in chronic diseases. The application of medical services, based on Anshun, provides prevention and control services for 3 million diabetic patients in the province, and explores the “Internet + Smart Medical†chronic disease management model. Currently, it is piloted in 9 medical and health institutions in 4 counties (districts) of the city.
In the "Internet + Wisdom Medical" chronic disease management, Bailing Group used the information collection of intelligent blood glucose meter and Guizhou Diabetes Prevention and Control Information Center, and relied on the big data analysis system to let doctors and township medical staff of hospitals above dimethyl level. The chronic disease management team has been able to clearly and timely understand the patient's sugar control status, and provide patients with remote monitoring, appointment diagnosis, online medical advice and other services.
