Several key managements for nurturing puppies

Newborn puppies need a certain degree of adaptation to temperature, nutrition, and environment after they are born. If they are improperly reared at this time, it is very easy for puppies to die. Therefore, attention should be paid to the cultivation of puppies:

First, insulation. The pups lived in a uterine environment around 39°C before birth. They had no hair on their bodies after birth, and their ability to regulate temperature was poor. In addition, the temperature in the winter environment was obviously too low. At this time, the body temperature of the pups would be rapid without care. Decreased, causing the pups to be frozen to death.

Maintaining the proper temperature is the key to the survival of the winter pups. On the one hand, pay attention to the cold insulation of the rabbit house, close the doors and windows in time, and hang the straw curtain to prevent the thieves from invading. Keep the temperature in the house relatively constant, and at the same time use the fine weather at noon for ventilation to prevent air pollution in the house. On the other hand, a well-made box insulation work can be done to cover the insulated rabbit hair in the production box, or put a small electric blanket or a hot water bottle at the bottom of the production box so that the temperature in the production box can be kept within 30 days at 30-32°C. Keep at 20-30°C for 28 days, and maintain 15-20°C for 29-35 days. In addition, when the first-born female rabbit is frightened and the puppies are born outside the production box, they shall be rescued in time. The cold-frozen puppies shall be fixed on the head and soaked in hot water at 40°C or in the arms of the person. After resuscitation, return it to the birth box.

Second, breastfeeding. Rabbit nutrition is rich in nutrients, provides abundant nutrients for pups, and also provides maternal antibodies, which is beneficial to raising the survival rate of puppies. If the milk supply is insufficient or the milk is not clean, it will result in malnutrition, weight loss, diarrhea and death. Therefore, we must allow the pups to eat early and eat enough milk.

Under normal circumstances, mothers with strong mothers will be born and nursing. During the production process, some female rabbits, especially female rabbits that do not feed the young rabbit after the first birth, must undergo forced breast-feeding. For those who have a lot of calves, the method of adjusting the puppies can be adopted. The litter size is given to the young females with fewer litters, and the urine of the female rabbits is required to be coated on the foster pups to prevent generation. The mother rabbit smells an odor and bites or bites the pups. When the female rabbits are born after the death of the pups or when the good female rabbits require frequent breeding to expand the rabbit species, the whole nest fostering method can be adopted, and artificial nursing can also be used. The method of breast-feeding generally adopts a mother-family isolation timed breast-feeding method, that is, the female rabbit is taken out of the birth box after delivery, and then the female rabbit is brought to the birth box periodically or sent to the female rabbit cage once or twice a day. It feeds baby rabbits.

Third, feed. Because the pups grow fast, and the lactation peak of the female rabbit is about 20 days, the milk alone can no longer meet its growth needs. In addition, the blind rabbit is in a period of long teeth, and the gums are itchy and there is a requirement for food bodies. If there is no edible thing, the puppies will scramble and eat indiscriminately, and it is easy to eat into feces and other filth substances. Causes disease. Biting easily bites the nipple, so that the mother rabbit mastitis, therefore, must be fed in time.

The supplements for puppies are generally suitable for 17-18 days, but not more than 20 days at the latest. At this time the pups' stomach volume is very small and the digestive capacity is weak. They should provide full-fledged feeds with complete nutrition, good palatability, easy digestion, and small volume. It requires feed digestion to reach 11.5-11.7 MJ/kg, crude protein 17- 18%, at the same time, add minerals, vitamins, garlic, coccidiosis, etc. in the feed. When feeding is started, feed less, add ground, feed 5-6 times a day, eat mainly breast milk at the beginning of the start of food, supplemented with supplements. By the age of 30 days, it gradually transitioned to feeding mainly supplemented by breast milk until weaning.

Fourth, weaning. The long or short lactation period in pups is not good for both pups and female rabbits. Early weaning, the digestive system of puppies has not matured yet, and the digestive ability of feedstuffs is poor. The growth and development of puppies is affected and the survival rate is reduced. Late evening affects the health of the female rabbit and reduces the number of births. Therefore, puppies should be weaned timely.

The weaning time for puppies is generally 35-45 days. The method of weaning should be based on the growth and development of the young rabbit. If the growth of the whole litter is uniform and the physique is strong, weaning can be performed once, that is, the mother should be kept separately on the same day. If the whole body is of different physiques and the growth is not uniform, weaning can be performed in batches, that is, the physiques are separated first and the physique is weak. After a few days, weaning is performed depending on the situation. At weaning, the pups remain in the original cage and the female rabbits are removed to prevent the death of the pups due to environmental changes.

The key to cultivating puppies is temperature and nutrition. While seriously concentrating on the birth control, feed off, and weaning off, we must also strengthen the breeding of female rabbits, increase the health level and milk production level of female rabbits, maintain the stability of feed and feeding management, and adopt preventive measures. Eliminate yellow urine disease and effectively control coccidiosis to increase the birth weight and survival rate of pups.

Amino Acid

Amino acids are organic compounds containing basic amino groups and acidic carboxyl groups. A compound formed when the hydrogen atom on the carbon atom of a carboxylic acid is replaced by an amino group.Amino acids contain two functional groups: amino and carboxyl groups. Similar to hydroxy acids, amino acids can be divided into α-, β-, γ-, W -... Amino acids, but all of the amino acids you get from proteolysis are alpha-amino acids, and there are only 22 of them, Including glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, methionine, methionine, proline, tryptophan, serine and tyrosine, cysteine, phenylalanine, asparagine, glutamine, threonine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, lysine, arginine and histidine, selenium cysteine and pyrrole lysine (found only in a few bacteria), which are the building blocks of proteins.Basically, amino acids exist as facultative ions or dipolar ions in aqueous solution or crystal. The so-called zwitterion refers to the same amino acid molecule with NH3+ valine ions, which can release protons, and COO- ions, which can accept protons. Therefore, amino acids are amphoteric electrolytes.we have Organic Curcuma Longa powder, apple flavor powder,TBHQ,sodium alginate,Allura red, carmine cochineal,Organic Chlorella Vulgaris,Citric acid.
