Cascading filter for normal use

The cascading filter is composed of two kinds of insulation filters and normal temperature filters. The insulation filter is suitable for pharmacy and fine chemical filtration. The liquid temperature is low and the crystallization is slow. The machine can be heated by steam hot water or electric heating tube. The cascading filter is used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum and environmental protection industries to filter, clarify and purify tiny impurities in various liquids.

Laminated filters are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, water treatment, brewing, ink, petroleum, printing and dyeing, environmental protection and other industries. They are ideal for filtration, clarification and purification of various liquids. Made of high-quality polypropylene material, it is corrosion-resistant and durable. Especially when stainless steel is expensive, polypropylene is greatly reduced in cost. The machine can be used for sterilization treatment according to different filter media and production process. The cascading filter has large filtering area, small volume, small occupied area and small space. The cascading filter also has a unique system with recoil device and heat preservation heating device (mainly, the filter film is blocked in the filter and the filter film is replaced), so that the working time is extended and the cost of consumables is increased, and the recoil device is designed. Cascade filters are used to eliminate impurities in the media to protect the proper use of valves and equipment. The role of the filter:

(1) Suction filter: The filter is installed on the suction line of the pump to filter out the contaminants entering the fuel tank through the air hole, which has the function of protecting the pump. Therefore, it is not a filter that controls the pollution concentration of the system.

(2) High-pressure pipeline filter (A): It is installed on the outlet pipe of the pump to prevent pollutants from entering the system. Therefore, the concentration of pollutants in the system can be controlled. However, because it is a high-pressure main line, it is subject to pump pulsation and pressure shock, so the material and strength of the filter element should be carefully considered.

(3) High-pressure line filter (B): This filter is also installed in the system to protect hydraulic components that are particularly sensitive to contamination, also known as terminal filters. Therefore it tends to be smaller than other filters. Therefore, you should choose a large capacity when using it. In addition, the material of the component has the same strength as (A).

(4) Return filter: It is installed in the return line of the system. Its function is to capture the pollutants generated or invaded in the system before returning to the tank. Therefore, it is an important filter for controlling the concentration of the system. Although it is a low-pressure pipeline, depending on the operating conditions of the transmission, pulsation or pressure shock may occur, so the material and strength of the components should be fully considered. (5) Circulating filter: It is located on the oil return circuit of the tank cycle. The capacity of the system is large, so it is often used when strict cleaning is required. Even if the system is not working, the pollutants in the tank can be captured. Therefore, the efficiency of reducing the concentration of pollution is good. In addition, a cooler is installed, which has the advantages of being able to perform cooling at the same time and being easy to maintain. However, special pumps and motors are required, which are expensive.

(6) Air filter: It is installed on the fuel tank to prevent the pollutants from being mixed into the fuel tank with the air due to the change of the oil volume of the fuel tank. Therefore, the filtration accuracy should have the same performance as that of the bag filter, and the capacity should have sufficient space to prevent the internal pressure of the oil tank from becoming a negative pressure due to the blockage of the hole, causing the cavity phenomenon of the pump. Pay special attention when the surrounding environment is bad.

Installation location: (1) In general low-pressure devices with a pressure below 140kg/cm2, only suction filters are usually installed, but return filters and air filters should also be installed. (2) In general medium and high pressure liquid devices with a pressure of 140 kg/cm2 or more, a common reflux filter is used to control the pollution concentration. However, when there are special requirements for reliability, high-pressure line filters should be used in combination. (3) In order to increase the reliability of the electromagnetic proportional control valve or the micro flow adjustment valve, a terminal filter should be provided. (4) When using the servo valve, efforts should be made to reduce the pollution concentration of the system. Therefore, high pressure and return filters should be used in combination; in large capacity, a circulation filter should be installed, and a terminal filter should be installed on the auxiliary line.
