How to maintain the tiller

With the deepening implementation of the national agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy, the tiller is more and more accepted by the farmers because of its lightness, flexibility, versatility, and low price. During the work of the tiller, due to changes in operation, friction, wear, and load, loose connection bolts and worn parts are inevitably generated, the correct state of the system is destroyed, the matching clearance is abnormal, the engine power is decreased, and the fuel consumption is reduced. The increase in the number of misaligned tillage machines in each component has increased, which has seriously affected the normal use of the tiller. In order to reduce the occurrence of the above-mentioned situations, it is necessary to strictly carry out regular maintenance-oriented maintenance work in order to maintain a good technical state of the tiller and extend its service life. Here are some tips for maintenance of small tillage machines:

1. Routine maintenance: Rinse the machine with water every day after use. Dry it after washing and refuel as required. However, do not infiltrate water into the suction port of the air filter during flushing. In daily maintenance, the engine must be turned off and it should be cooled after the overheating occurs.

2. Regular maintenance: When the farmer is busy, he should regularly inspect the tiller so that when the farmer is busy, he can ensure that the machine works in the best technical condition and fully exert its mechanical performance:

(1) Replacement of engine oil: Replace it after 20 hours of first use and replace it every 100 hours thereafter;

(3) Fuel filter cleaning: clean every 500 hours and replace it after 1000 hours;

(4) Steering handle: Clearance 1-3mm, flexible joystick;

(5) The main clutch handle: check the adjustment belt and belt clearance 3-6mm;

(7) Bolts for each coupling frame: tighten;

(8) Air filter cleaning: Bearing oil 0.11L.
