First, the slicer operating procedures

1. Before using the equipment, the microtome should preheat the lower bowl to avoid the normal operation between the material and the cylinder, and it can not be operated normally. Generally, the material can be kept in a liquid state.

2. The microtome should start the drum before feeding, and the drum speed can be adjusted to 5-6 revolutions per minute.

3. After feeding, the microtome can adjust the drum speed according to the slicing requirements. The slicing yield will be determined according to the thickness and cooling effect.

4. Use the bag at the discharge port to receive the material.

Second, the slicer use and installation instructions

1. Place the equipment on a flat surface first, and the slicer must be horizontally sturdy to the drum, and there must be no obvious unevenness.

2. Connect the cooling water pipe, keep the two sides parallel, the slicer can also be adjusted during the test run so that the two ends do not leak, and the two ends are sealed with rotary joints.

3. Connect the lower basin insulation.

4. Connect the feed port, and install the valve at the feed port to control the feed amount. If the solidification point of the material is high, the slicer should consider adding a heat insulation layer on the feed pipe to prevent the material from being clogged in the pipe. The discharge pipe should be Place it on the bowl, and the material in the bowl should be kept in full contact with the drum. It should not be too much.

5. Connect the connection line between the inverter and the electrical control cabinet, ground the motor and connect the motor to the main power supply. After all the connections are completed, start the motor and run dry.

6. After the air operation is normal, gradually adjust the gap between the cutter and the cylinder, feed the slice, and the slicer adjusts the gap between the blade and the roller according to the condition of the slice.

7. For equipment production, check the power supply first, and whether the steam source is safe.

Third, the slicer should pay attention to matters

1. The electrical part of the microtome must be grounded. The pure virtual inverter is more complicated. Please read the inverter manual in advance to prevent the program from being disordered and can not be used.

2. The place where the lower pot and the lower opening are in the high temperature area should be avoided.

3. It should be noted that the material in the lower pot is solidified. In case of solidification, the power should be turned off, and the slicer dissolves the material heated in the lower pot before continuing production.

4. The turbine reducer should be geared with oil before production.
