When it is confirmed that the heating element has no problem, the relay is mostly damaged. If the relay is good, the relay driving element (9013) is broken. It is more susceptible to damage to solid state relays. Then we can only replace the solid state relay.
If the power indicator is normal, but the temperature controller has no digital display. Most of the faults are the voltage regulator components on the temperature controller (7805 or 7812), which may cause breakpoints in the solder joints during long-term use, or may be caused by the phenomenon of solder joints when the temperature controller is shipped from the factory. .
If the temperature controller has 999 or 000 pulsation and there is alarm output, this phenomenon is that the sensor is open. If LLL or half HHH occurs, this phenomenon is a short circuit of the sensor. At this time, the temperature sensor can be replaced. If this happens after the replacement, Check the stainless steel pipe joint of the sensor for water leakage and replace it if it leaks.
The temperature controller shows that the temperature is much higher or lower than the actual temperature. This phenomenon can also be judged as damage to the temperature sensor. You can try again after replacing it.
