Cottonseed oil

Cottonseed oil is oil extracted from cotton seeds and divided into pressed cottonseed oil, leached cottonseed oil, genetically modified cottonseed oil, and cottonseed crude oil-made cottonseed oil. The color is darker than other oils. It can be used for human consumption after refining. It contains a lot of essential fatty acids and is most suitable for mixed with animal fat. However, consumption of crude cottonseed oil can cause spermatogenic cell damage, leading to azoospermia.

Crushing cottonseed oil: oil obtained by directly pressing cottonseeds.

Leaching cottonseed oil: Oil obtained from cottonseed by leaching.

Transgenic cottonseed oil: Oil made from genetically modified cottonseeds.

Cottonseed Crude Oil: Cottonseed oil that has not been treated directly for human consumption.

Finished cottonseed oil: Cottonseed oil directly processed for human consumption that meets the national standards for refined oil product quality and hygiene requirements.

Refined cottonseed oil is generally orange or brown in color, fatty acids contain palmitic acid 21.6-24.8%, stearic acid 1.9-2.4%, arachidic acid 0-0.1%, oleic acid 18.0-30.7%, linoleic acid 44.9-55.0%, The refined cotton oil removes gossypol and other toxic substances and is available for human consumption. Cotton oil contains a large amount of essential fatty acids, and it is most suitable to be mixed with animal fat. Because the content of linoleic acid in cotton clear oil is particularly large, it can effectively inhibit the rise of cholesterol in the blood and maintain the health of the human body. The body's absorption rate of cotton clear oil is 98%.

Cottonseed oil production process

1. Put 1/4 to 1/3 of the capacity in the frying pan, stir it evenly, diligently, and the fire cannot be too big, so as not to cause the shell to coke. 2. Sifting

3. Grinding

4. Add water

5. Steaming blank

6. Package
