Learn about the safe use of nitrogen generators

The nitrogen-making device uses air as a raw material, uses carbon molecular sieve as an adsorbent, and uses a pressure swing adsorption principle to separate nitrogen and oxygen by selective adsorption of carbon and molecular sieves by carbon molecular sieve, which is generally called PSA nitrogen production. The main part of the nitrogen generator comprises: an adsorption tower, a PLC controller, a nitrogen dust filter, a nitrogen storage tank, and compressed air as a raw material and power, and a purity of 95% to 99, 9995% of nitrogen is obtained by pressure swing adsorption. The nitrogen generator needs to be used in a well-ventilated room with small ventilation, no water accumulation, no dripping, or in a clean roadway.

Note on the safe use of nitrogen generators:

1. The entire nitrogen generator should be carefully inspected before starting up, confirming that no tools, parts or other objects are left in the air compressor.

2. When the nitrogen generator is started, the venting valve should be in the empty state to avoid overpressure of the air compressor.

3. Welding operations shall not be carried out near the oil circuit system, and any pressure vessel shall not be modified by welding or other methods.

4. Regularly check the reliability of the safety device (such as a safety valve).

5. The maintenance and maintenance work of the nitrogen generator must be carried out under the condition of shutdown or power failure.
