First, the application method
1, as fertilizer application. Mu slurry of 1500 to 2500 kg of biogas slurry can be applied directly when the field is wet, and it is necessary to use it in a drought when the ratio is 1:1 to prevent bad seed or burn seedlings.
2, as a basal deep application. Digester slag can be directly applied as basal fertilizer, and can also be mixed with turf soil and superphosphate (or phosphate rock), and the basal fertilizer can be used after stacking for 1 to 1.5 months. The mixing ratio is 10:10:1. After application, the cover soil is 5 to 10 cm thick.
3, for fertilizer spraying foliar. The biogas digester liquid with normal gas production for more than 1 month can be sprayed after being clarified and filtered with double gauze. The purpose of filtration is to prevent the sprayer from being blocked. Spraying concentration should be based on the concentration of biogas slurry, crop time, season, and temperature, the principle is: 1 to 2 times the watered seedlings, high temperature watered 1 times, the temperature is low, the old leaves can not watered. Choose to spray once every 7-10 days in the sunny afternoon, and use 40 kg of biogas slurry. When sprayed, the back of the leaf is mainly used for absorption.
Second, the matters needing attention
1, biogas residue can not be applied immediately after leaving the pool. The reduction of biogas residue is strong. If it is applied immediately after being discharged from the pond, it will compete with the crop for oxygen in the soil and affect the germination and root development of the seed, resulting in yellowing and wilting of the crop leaves. Therefore, after being discharged from the pond, it should generally be stored in the storage pit for 5-7 days before it is applied. If it is mixed with phosphate fertilizer at a ratio of 10:1 for 5-7 days, the effect will be better.
2, biogas can not be directly applied. When biogas slurry is used as top dressing, it is generally necessary to dilute water, especially if it is applied to seedlings, otherwise it will burn the crop.
3, biogas residue can not be applied topsoil. The application of biogas residue to dry land crops should be done by using a hole or trench, and then covering the soil. After applying the field to the paddy field, the plow is turned into the bottom layer.
4, can not be over-application. The application amount is generally less than that of ordinary pig manure, and if it is used in a large amount blindly, it will lead to crops being prolonged and causing a reduction in production.
5, can not be mixed with alkaline fertilizers such as grass ash, lime, etc., otherwise it will reduce the fertilizer effect.
