I. Purpose and principle Â
The Morris water maze is a cylindrical pool with a diameter of 120cm and a height of 50cm. The labyrinth is divided into four quadrants centering on the center of the pool. A transparent cylindrical plexiglass platform with a diameter of 12cm and a height of 30cm is placed in the center of a quadrant. A camera connected to the computer system is placed above the labyrinth to record the trajectory of the rat and to find the platform latency. The labyrinth reference and platform position remain unchanged during the experiment. During the experiment, four water inlet points were selected on the wall of the pool. The distance between two adjacent water inlet points was not less than 25 cm. Tap water was added to the pool, and the opaque milky white was dyed with milk powder. The water surface was about 2 cm higher than the platform surface, and the water temperature was kept at about 25 °C. . Â

(5). Training Â
The rats were allowed to swim freely for 2 minutes on the day before the experiment to adapt to the surrounding environment. From the first day, they were trained 4 times a day, each time a single entry point was randomly selected, and the rats were placed in the water facing the pool wall, and the rats were observed and recorded. The road map to climb the platform and the time required to escape the incubation period. The four training rats were fed water from four different water inlet points. If the rats did not find the platform within 120 seconds, they were led to the platform. At this time, the incubation period is recorded as 120 seconds, and each training interval is 60 seconds for 7 consecutive days. Â
(6). Testing Â
During the experiment, the rats were placed in water, and the escape latency, trajectory map, and swimming distance of each quadrant were recorded. The results are recorded in Table XXX. Â

Five, matters needing attention Â
(7). The items around the labyrinth must remain fixed, and the experimenter should try to avoid moving back and forth. Â
(8). The water temperature should be kept constant during the experiment. Â
(9). Keep the environment quiet during the experiment and the light should not be too strong.
