Dozens of tons of poisonous bean sprouts are unhindered in the market. Some people say it is "returning from the lakes and lakes." The keyword “bean sprouts” and “toxic and harmful food” were used as the key words in the "China Judgment Paper Network" under the supervision of the Supreme Court: From January 1, 2013 to August 22, 2014, there were 709 related cases. 918 people were sentenced and the evidence in the verdict mentioned "6-benzyl adenine detected in bean sprouts."

As far as things are concerned, dozens of tons of poisonous bean sprouts are the scenes of at least two problems: First, it is too early for relevant departments to busy giving poisonous bean sprouts “regular name”, and the new national standard for bean sprouts cannot open a side for the poisonous bean sprouts, not to mention “bubble medicine”. In fact, the original Ministry of Health issued the "Approval for the Production of Sprouts That Do Not Belong to Food Production and Operation Activities" as early as in 2004; in 2009, the AQSIQ reiterated this finding; in 2011, the Ministry of Agriculture made it clear in the 1490 bulletin. According to regulations, bean sprouts are representative crops of sprouts. Since this is the case, the competent authorities have claimed "bean sprouts" in the future for a long time. Is it really because they are unaware of it or are they unable to afford it?

In many food safety incidents, the poisonous bean sprouts may still be “immortal”, but at any time, it is the business’s responsibility to satisfy consumers’ natural health’s value demands and to respect the natural laws of crops and food production. Only in this way, when people go to the vegetable market to buy bean sprouts, they will not be able to "listen to see the other three."
