Pulse sensor standards into international standards

Recently, it was learned from the State Food and Drug Administration that the pulse sensor standard proposal has successfully passed ISO/TC249 public voting recently and officially became an ISO international standard project with standard number ISO19614.

The successful establishment of this proposal is the beginning of China's medical device standardization organization leading the development of international standards, and is also an important milestone in the internationalization of China's medical device standards. It will be conducive to the active organization and integration of relevant resources in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and give full play to our Chinese medical treatment equipment. On the traditional advantages, we have gradually upgraded the existing domestic standards such as electronic therapeutic instruments to international standards, and provided services for the production, trade, and supervision of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment around the world. The project was supported by the participation of experts from most of the member countries of Canada, Australia, the United States, Thailand, and South Africa, and the proposal went directly to the ISO public voting process.
