First, install

The U-threads should be screwed alternately at both ends, and the U-filament should be screwed to observe the gap between the assembly and the support beam, and the beam surface must be fully engaged.

Second, line spacing adjustment

Loosen the U-shaped wires of each assembly, loosen the U-shaped wire of the transmission pull-plate, loosen the flat clamps on the transmission shaft of the non-shifting assembly (4 in total), and loosen the top wire of the sprocket (except for the three-line machine) Axial movement of the assembly and fertilizer sprocket, chain (except three-line machine), to achieve the target spacing, tighten the loose screws in the previous steps; adjust the position of fertilization opener.

Fourth, depth adjustment

1. To adjust the depth of fertilization, loosen the fertiliser opener U-shaped wire, and move the plow column up and down to adjust the depth, move it shallowly, and move it deeper. If the depth requirements of each row are inconsistent, you can loosen the two top wires on the forward column of the adjusted assembly and move the seed opener up and down to achieve the depth adjustment of the row.

V. Adjustment of seeding rate

The product metering device is a precision seeder. Under normal circumstances, the hole rate does not exceed 5%, and the replay rate does not exceed 10%. If special seeds are encountered, adjust the spacer positioning ears on the metering device. When the spacer positioning ear moves upwards, the reproduction rate decreases, but the hole rate increases. When the spacer moves downward, the hole rate decreases, but the replay rate increases. The user must adjust the test repeatedly until he is satisfied.

Six, fertilizer adjustment

Evacuate the chemical fertilizer in the row fertilizer box, loosen the disc nut at the shaft end, and rotate the hand wheel to change the axial working length of the outer groove wheel in the row fertilizer box to achieve the adjustment of the amount of fertilizer, and then tighten the nut after completion. By rotating the hand wheel counterclockwise, the working length of the sheave is shortened and the amount of fertilizer applied is reduced. When the hand wheel is rotated clockwise, the working length of the sheave is increased and the amount of fertilizer is increased.

Seven, the elastic adjustment of the chain
