1. It is forbidden to frequently start the main motor of the extruder. The interval between two starts must be greater than 15 minutes. Otherwise, the control cabinet and the motor may be burned.
2. The feeding frequency is strictly prohibited to work under 5Hz for a long time, otherwise it will cause the inverter and feeding motor to burn out.
3. At the same time, sufficient steam should be fed at the same time, otherwise it will cause plugging of the extruder. After the bulking machine is plugged, the outlet template must be opened first. Under the condition of continuous steaming, the manual rolling stock will start the main motor under the condition that the motor can be driven to discharge the jammed material. Otherwise, the outlet barrel needs to be disassembled.
4. It is strictly forbidden that iron, stone and other hard objects enter the extruder, otherwise it will cause damage to the screw and shear pins. Although there is a magnetic separator at the entrance of the extruder, it cannot guarantee that all the iron pieces will be trapped under the impact of the material. Therefore, during the pre-treatment process, attention should be paid to iron and stone removal, and the magnetic separator should be cleaned regularly.
5. It is forbidden to enter the extruder with hemp ropes and grass stems. Otherwise, hemp rope or grass stems will be wrapped around the screw and shear pins, which will not feed normally. At the same time, it will also cause plugging of die holes and affect the output.
6. Regularly check the level of the bearing oil in the main engine bearing bearing in each shift. If it is insufficient, add it in a timely manner. The lubricant level should not be lower than 1/2 of the bearing housing and replace the lubricant in time as required. Otherwise, the bearing may be damaged.
7. The material with too small specific gravity will cause the extruder not to feed well, so the output will be reduced a lot.
